Return Policy

At D & S Blanks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy terms below:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You must request and initiate your return within 7 days of your order’s delivery date.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at cutieblanks@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once approved, you will receive the correct return mailing address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking receipt, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send an email confirming receipt and refund status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within [3–5] business days, minus the 15% restocking fee and initial shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at cutieblanks@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Rates & Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
